- Standard kitchen ranges take up to 2 – 3 weeks.
- Paint To Order ranges take up to 4 -5 weeks.
- Additional units take up to 5 days.
- Yes, most of the items can be refunded IF they are not paint to order, or cut to size, for example worktops.
- We can only refund the items subject to 20% restocking charge.
- We always advise our customers to take pictures of the damaged item in its original packaging so that we can see whether it’s been damaged during transport. If so, we can ask Symphony for replacement.
- Replacement can take up to 72 working hours.
- Yes, however we do not take responsibility if the appliances are not compatible measurements with the units ordered.
- Standard kitchen ranges – yes, you can change your delivery date up to 8 days prior original delivery date (working days).
- Paint to order – no, the kitchens goes straight to production once the order is placed. Paint to order items are non-refundable.
- Additional units – no, as the order goes straight through to ‘loading’ team. These items can be refunded at 20% restocking charge if NOT paint to order or cut to size.
- We take payments via BACS (online transfer). Once you agree to the purchase, we will send you a pro-forma with our BACS details.
- Card payments in our showroom. Unable to take payments through phone.
- You can pay for your purchase all upfront (this relates to furniture and accessories ONLY, no installation)
- We can split your payments into 2, so 50% of stock charge paid before the order is placed, and another 50% due upon delivery.
- WE DO NOT take payments for installation. The installation cost relates to a separate, sister company Renov8 Homes. If you do go ahead with Supply + Fit you will receive two separate proformas, one for Renov8 Kitchens, which covers the cost of your units and accessories and second one from Renov8 Homes after completion, which would be for your installation.
- At Renov8 Kitchens we give you the choice of purchasing the goods from us and getting the installation completed by our sister company Renov8 Homes.
- Any costs for installation will be charged separately to the units and accessories purchased from Renov8 Kitchens (see point 7).
